WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

  • Typically, you can expect your shop order to be processed within two to three business days.
  • However, during peak seasons and special events, our processing time may take longer.
  • Rest assured that we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • Please note that processing time refers to the time we spend preparing your order before it is shipped.

TRACKING INDICATES THAT THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT ITEMS WERE NOT RECEIVED

  • In some scenarios, packages may be marked as delivered ahead of time before reaching your designated address. It's important to consider the possibility of the package being left at the wrong location.
  • It is recommended to wait 48-72 business hours for the package to potentially arrive. Contact neighbors to verify if they mistakenly received your package.
  • If theft is suspected, report it to local authorities or the post office. If Insurance was purchased, file a claim with the insurance company.

ITEMS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DUE TO SHIPPING

In case of receiving the incorrect item or damaged order due to shipping, a replacement can be arranged. Kindly contact us at Assist@Deneikarose.com within 24 hrs of receiving your items for assistance. Please provide a photo of the received item, the order number, and any damage in your email.

Regrettably, we are unable to cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.

PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT WITH NO UPDATES

If your order remains 'pre-transit' for two weeks with no tracking updates, we will deem your order lost in transit and will send a replacement.
