Shipping policy

Typically, you can expect your shop order to be processed within two to three business days. However, during peak seasons and special events, our processing time may take longer. Rest assured that we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that processing time refers to the time we spend preparing your order before it is shipped.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times are determined by USPS operating at normal capacity.

North America: 3-7 day delivery

We strive to meet shipping estimates, but please note that we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.

If the USPS marks an item as "delivered," it will be considered delivered for refund and cancellation purposes.

Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. To modify your shipping address, kindly send an email with your order number and the accurate shipping address to assist@DeNeikaRose.com.

Reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order for address changes. Regrettably, once your order has shipped, we are unable to alter the shipping address. Should an item fail to reach the buyer due to an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.
